Frequently asked questions
Do I really pay nothing for the first 14 days?
Correct. You add your card at signup and your 14-day free trial starts immediately. No charge fires until the trial ends. Cancel any time before that and you owe nothing.
How is my usage calculated?
At the start of each billing period, we count your active servers and apps. Your rate depends on which plan you chose: Starter ($3/server, $1/app) or Pro ($5/server, $2/app). That's your invoice for the month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro or downgrade to Starter at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
What counts as a "server"?
Any machine running the ServerVault agent — a VPS, dedicated server, or cloud VM. Servers that are disconnected still count toward your usage while they're in your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, no lock-in. Cancel from your billing dashboard and access continues until the end of the paid period.
