30-day money-back guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with ServerVault for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
  • Add-on services consumed (e.g., additional server hours) may not be refundable.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@servervault.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process your request within 5 business days.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund alongside a cancellation, please contact us.
